* Open resulting patch and change header
** `--- a/path/file.extension`
** `+++ b/path/file.extension`

# PKGBUILD changes
* Add to `source` array
* Add to checksum array (`'SKIP'`)
* Add applying of patch to `build()`/`prepare()`
** `patch -p1 -i ../patch.patch`

Also add package to `/etc/pacman.conf` -> `IgnorePkg` directive, as otherwise it gets overwritten during update
